買保時捷沒繳貸款　丁小芹挨告詐欺

桃園一家車行控告藝人丁小芹詐欺，指她去年12月以78萬元購買一輛保時捷中古車，當時只付9萬元訂金，車商還幫她向銀行擔保貸款68萬元，事後丁小芹卻遲未繳納貸款，但士林地檢署認為全案屬於民事糾紛，且車商已撤告，檢方今將丁小芹不起訴。
 
檢方查出，去年丁小芹打電話給林姓中古車商洽購保時捷中古車，雙方約定78萬元成交，她付了9萬元訂金，但因向2家銀行申請貸款遭拒絕，車商認為她是藝人，應不至於付不出貸款，於是出面幫她作保貸款68萬元，隨即將保時捷開到她辦公室交車，不料事後丁小芹竟沒繳納貸款，車商擔心商譽受損怒提告。

丁小芹日前回應：「這台車去年底轉讓給別人了。」但車商痛批她：「胡說八道。」
 
士林地檢署審酌車商擔任連帶保證人時，已知丁小芹曾遭銀行拒絕貸款，證明她信用不佳，卻仍願意作保，因此認為丁小芹沒犯意，加上事後車商撤告打算另提民事訴訟，因此將丁小芹不起訴。（吳珮如／台北報導）
