大陸副總理：今年外貿形勢嚴峻

據新華社報導，大陸國務院副總理汪洋28日在天津調研外貿工作時指出，今年中國進出口形勢較為複雜嚴峻，必須採取有效措施保持進出口貿易穩定發展，同時也應大力推動結構調整和轉型升級，培育外貿競爭新優勢。

今年第1季，大陸進出口總值較去年同期衰退3.7%。其中，出口下降6.1% ，進口下降1.2%。

汪洋表示，今年以來，受外部需求不穩、國內成本上升等多種因素影響，對外貿易下行壓力較大。

對於如何提振外貿，汪洋提出，一、要密切跟蹤進出口形勢，及時研究出台支持外貿發展的政策措施，幫助企業緩解經營中的困難，增強企業發展對外貿易的信心。

其次，要加快轉變外貿發展方式，進一步優化貿易結構，提高出口產品的技術含量和附加值。

第三，要堅持進口與出口並重，支援先進技術設備、關鍵零部件和短缺資源進口，增加與人民生活密切相關的消費品進口。
