忘拔鑰匙車遭竊　波麗士埋伏3小時逮賊

台中市蔡姓男子前日因睡過頭，急忙騎機車趕赴公司，一時昏頭未將機車鑰匙拔下，等到晚間下班時發現機車已不翼而飛，警方獲報調閱監視器追查，在距離案發地點2公里的一家超商前發現失竊贓車，且排氣管尚有餘熱，警員研判竊賊應該就在附近，決定守株待兔埋伏。

警方埋伏將近3小時，目睹羅姓男子﹝27歲﹞從遠處走來，發動機車準備來去，3名警員立即一擁而上逮人。無業羅嫌坦承，徒步行經大墩路時，發現停放在騎樓的機車鑰匙插在上面，才臨時起意騎走，做為代步使用，對於自己一時貪念行為深感懊悔，警方訊後將羅男依竊盜罪移送。（王煌忠／台中報導)
