媒介未成年少女賣淫 男子羈押禁見

36歲男子吳尚騰2011年透過網路聊天室綽號「大大」的未成年少女，2次援交後不但偷拍性愛影片，得知對方經濟困頓，還媒介援交，每次性交易8000元，就抽取400到500元；檢警發現他不但媒介性交易，還在性交易前「試車」，並偷拍性愛影片，另有綽號「小可」、「童童」、「鬼鬼」、「鴨鴨」、「小麥」等５名少女受害，台北地檢署今年3月依違反兒童及少年性交易防制條例等罪嫌起訴他和2名嫖客。

檢方根據手邊線索，追查出實際經營應召站的是新北市男子王建羿；大安警分局今天持檢方核發的拘票，到王位在新北市汐止區的住處，並查獲1把手槍和70多顆子彈，晚間9點多移送北檢複訊。

王雖然承認犯行，但檢方認為他未供出其他共犯，依串證之虞聲請羈押，法院晚間11時許裁定羈押禁見。在外等候的親友得知結果，黯然離開地檢署。
