「我沒喝」　莫三比克籍喝酒遭警逮

一名39歲莫三比克籍的莫姓黑人，三年前以到月眉育樂世界(現麗寶樂園)表演為由，向台灣申請到工作證。豈料，抵台後翌日莫男卻人間蒸發。昨日下午4時許，莫男在新北市新莊區出現，他帶著滿身酒味，騎車行經新樹路上遭警方攔檢。經酒測值竟高達0.75毫克，莫男不但走路歪斜，還酒言酒語辯稱「我沒喝酒」。
 
警將莫男帶回派出所，不但拒絕筆錄，還在派出所內大吵大鬧，警方最後和他大打耐力戰，從下午5點僵持到凌晨2點。莫男最後認招「從中午喝到下午2時」結束一場鬧劇。由於莫男在台逾期居留，訊後依公共危險罪移送辦，隨即開庭後轉往移民署遣送回國。(曾伯愷／新北報導)
