不滿舅媽太年輕　外甥臉書罵「騷貨」

基隆市1名31歲李姓男子，不滿30多歲的楊姓舅媽太過年輕，與60多歲的舅舅年齡相差近30歲，都可以父女相稱了，因家族成員間對此老少配婚姻，頗有微詞，與楊女發生言語上爭執。

李男今年2月間在臉書上PO文「騷貨」、「北見笑」、「利用自己相對來講尚稱青春堪用的肉體，去勾搭一個年齡足以當你爸爸都綽綽有餘的壯年男子」、「窩囊廢」等情緒性用詞，楊女8月間獲悉，控告李男毀損名譽及人格價值。

檢方認為李男觸犯公然侮辱及加重誹謗罪嫌，全案偵結，檢方從重之誹謗罪論處，向法官聲請簡易判決。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
