鴻海股東會不開放媒體進場

鴻海明天將召開股東會，備受外界關注。但晚間鴻海公關表示，因股東今年來電預計參加人數增多，在考量股東會場地空間有限與注重股東權益為主，將不開放媒體入場。

今年鴻海股東會預定有7大議事項目，以上限10億股的現金增資發行普通股參與發行海外存託憑證（GDR）募資案最受矚目。

此外，市場預期，鴻海股東會也將聚焦五大議題，包括在4G布局及開台時程、鴻夏戀能否開花結果、鴻海在電動車、自動化等新領域布局、蘋果iPhone 6訂單及下半年展望。

鴻海今天股價小漲0.6元，收在98.2元，漲幅0.61%，持續衝向百元大關。
