法新社報導，白宮26日盛讚英國、丹麥及比利時三盟國加入對抗激進組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS）的行列。

比利時國會當日投票通過加入美國為首的對抗IS之戰，將派出6架F-16 戰機。比國政府在投票後說，比國戰機已從約旦起飛，最快27日起在伊拉克展開作戰任務。

丹麥也在26日宣布將派出7架F-16戰機，加入打擊IS的軍事行動。
