和律師意見不同…林克穎引渡案 10月底再開庭

撞死我國送報生的英籍商人林克穎引渡案，蘇格蘭高等法院今天首度開庭，林克穎因與法律扶助律師意見不同，今天在沒有律師陪同下出庭，合議庭只好決定十月底再開庭。

我國爭取林克穎引渡回台案，蘇格蘭一審法院判決我國勝訴、並獲蘇格蘭司法部長批准同意後，林克穎不服而提出上訴；蘇格蘭高等法院今天開庭，林克穎向合議庭三位法官表示，他和司法部所屬的法律扶助單位意見不同，因此，未委任法律扶助單位的律師為他辯護。

由於程序上林克穎需有律師協助，合議庭建議林克穎與法律扶助單位進一步溝通、盡速解決歧異，聘請委任律師協助辯護。

合議庭訂十月三十一日再度召開程序庭，並暫訂十二月四日對引渡案進行實質審查。蘇格蘭高院將針對一審判決及蘇格蘭司法部長的裁決進行審酌；一般二審程序不會拖太久。
