寶雞鬧血荒 市府要求結婚前要捐血

大陸陝西省「寶雞市」鬧血荒，市府因此呼民眾踴躍捐血，凡要登記結婚，或要申請駕駛執照前，必須先捐血，否則一切免談；這項消息引起網友一片撻伐。

媒體報導，「寶雞市」政府呼籲民眾對社會提供義務奉獻，凡現役軍人一年至少要捐一次血，另外，大學生入學及畢業前，市民申請駕駛執照或登記結婚前，都要先捐血，這項措施從下星期開始實施。

這項新規定在「寶雞市」官方微博公佈後，掀起數萬名網友的憤怒，有人說，捐血應是自願行為；也有人說，與其硬性規定，不如讓民眾方便捐血來得更有效。像是浙江省「浦江縣」就是以獎勵方式鼓勵民眾踴躍捐血，例如學生捐血，可以加分。這樣做就比寶雞市來得高明。（寶雞市照片取材自網路）
