老人照護中心 柯：國中學區各一個

〔自由時報記者涂鉅旻、葉冠妤／台北報導〕無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲昨天參訪南港養護中心，這也是全國唯一全年三百六十五天照護心智障礙老年人的機構。對於老人照護機構不足，柯文哲表示，現在台北市連一行政區一個老人照護中心都沒做到，他計畫要達到「一國中學區要有一老人照護中心」，上任後將清查台北市空地，開始規劃，這些都要一步一步來。

對此，台北市社會局長王浩表示，柯提出的政策都是海市蜃樓、嘴上政見；如果財源與土地取得容易，不會空有資源不做事，「請柯先生好好了解北市的社會福利推動現況再發言。」王浩也說，南港養護中心屬公辦民營，需謹守行政中立原則，社會局已發函提醒各單位，「我們歡迎參訪，但須事先知會社會局。」
