滬港通最新辦法 允許融資融券

上交所今日發布《上海證券交易所滬港通試點辦法》及其配套規則，最新的變動是允許進行融資融券。截至目前，滬港通確切實施日期仍未公布，近期市場傳出10月27日實施的可能性最高。

值得注意是，受惠滬港通吸引資金的動力，大陸外匯管理局最新資料顯示，香港總計人民幣2,700億元（約新台幣1.34兆元）的RQFII額度已全部批出。外匯管理局25日公開表示，目前正在會同其他部門研究增加RQFII額度的問題。

另一方面，滬港通中海外投資者最關心的「資本利得稅」有可能免徵，21世紀經濟報導稱，明（27）日上交所將組織券商進行第三次、可能是最後一次全市場功能測試，當中首次納入了稅收費用，但資本利得稅、紅利稅都不在其中，同時測試徵收的稅項內容只有雙邊0.1%的印花稅。
