群光擬配發股利4.65元

群光電子董事會通過，去年度盈餘每股擬配發4.6元現金股息及0.05元股票股利，合計4.65元股利。

群光預計於5月30日召開股東常會，停止過戶起始日期為103年4月1日到5月30日止。103年3月24日起至103年4月3日止受理股東就本次股東常會的提案。

群光2013年營收745.44億元，年增10.42%，創歷史新高，稅後純益37.82億元，每股純益5.83元。依12日收盤價77.4元估計，現金股息殖利率約5.94%。

群光電2月份自結合併營收為49.3億元，較去年同期成長4.5%，月減12.7%。累計今年1-2月自結合併營收達105.8億元，與去年同期相當。

展望2014年，群光電子持續拓展與深耕非PC產品，上半年將延續去年底來自消費性電子、雲端、及LED照明產品的成長動能，整體營收成長可望達兩位數。
