金融業 高喊挺服貿到底

立法院今（12）日將審查兩岸服務貿易協議，金融業昨日一致表達力挺立場。壽險公會與產險公會發布聯合聲明指出，進度延宕將使保險業者喪失大陸市場商機，不利永續經營；兆豐、第一等公股行庫負責人指出，協議不能生效，除影響登陸發展商機，也連帶衝擊台商在大陸資金運用、投資轉型。以兆豐銀為例，大陸分行人民幣業務與第二分行申設，都因服貿未過卡關。

壽產險公會聲明指稱，協議有利兩岸建立保險監理平台，讓保險業往來及監理各項議題可有效溝通。

兩公會期望透過兩岸監理平台，解決532條款（進入大陸設置子公司、分公司需資產50億美元、成立滿30年與二年辦事處）等問題。
