烏克蘭擬增國民兵 民眾踴躍

（路透基輔12日電）親西方國家的烏克蘭新政府表示，約4萬民眾自願參與計劃成立的國民兵。

考量俄軍強悍進駐烏克蘭的克里米亞半島，烏國國會明天將審視成立3萬3000成員的國民兵法案。 這項由烏國臨時總統圖奇諾夫（OleksanderTurchinov）提出的法案內容顯示，國民兵任務在維持公共秩序、保護核電廠等設施，以及「維持憲政秩序並恢復國家部門運作」。 政府聲明引述國家安全暨國防委員會首長帕魯比（Andriy Parubiy）說法指出：「截至今天，已有4萬自願者向烏克蘭軍方徵兵辦公室登記。」 聲明說：「自衛軍隊和獨立廣場維權民眾明天就會展開操演。」中央社（翻譯）
