西方恐祭制裁 俄傳已作準備

（中央社台北2014年3月13日電）根據彭博社引述4名知情人士透露，俄羅斯政府官員和企業人士在預期併吞烏克蘭克里米亞地區勢不可免下，已準備因應類似對伊朗的制裁。

根據要求匿名的知情人士透露，凍結俄羅斯外匯儲備、銀行資產，暫停對企業放款等西方伊朗式制裁報復，被視為不太可能發生的最糟情況。

知情人士透露，官員正在計算制裁措施造成的經濟代價。部分政治領袖希望蒲亭（Vladimir Putin）緩和對危機的反應。

一知情人士透露，一旦爆發你來我往的制裁戰爭，恐讓財政和貨幣政策倒退10年。另一位則表示，對峙升溫恐讓盧布失血1/3。

蒲亭發言人培斯科夫（Dmitry Peskov）謝絕評論。

在俄羅斯出兵克里米亞半島後，烏克蘭危機引爆俄國和西方國家自冷戰結束以來最嚴重的對峙。德國總理梅克爾（Angela Merkel）11日警告，倘若蒲亭政府不採取行動降溫緊張，歐盟制裁勢在難免。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）
