大學食堂上菜 請貴賓吃「豬乳頭」

大陸大學食堂因常創新推出神菜，被戲稱中國第九大菜系，而福建師範大學南區食堂繼轟動食壇的「辣椒炒月餅」後，日前又推出「紅燒豬乳頭」，再次引爆震撼，然此菜在苗族可只專供貴賓享用。

一名大陸網友日前在微博上貼出一張照片，說是在師大南區食堂吃到了「紅燒豬乳頭」，福建海峽都市報報導，照片一出立即引發網友圍觀，有網友擔心，豬乳頭能否食用，也有網友表示，要組團去師大嘗鮮。

福建師大的食堂曾於二○一一年推出辣椒炒月餅「神菜」、震撼神州大陸，當時食堂廚神強調，此菜是用切塊月餅拌上辣椒絲、黑木耳、鹽與醋，是道「涼拌月餅」；然嘗過的學生均表示，口感「有點甜、有點鹹，太難吃了，味道很詭異！」

現再出紅燒豬乳頭神菜，校方食堂後勤部門澄清說，是普通紅燒肉，只是其中有一兩塊肉是乳頭部位，營養專家也表示，沒聽過豬乳頭不能食用的說法；網友們反應不一，有人覺得太噁、寧願吃辣椒炒月餅。

事實上，「豬乳頭」是貴州西江苗寨的名菜，在十三年一次的「牯藏節」上，豬乳頭肉是必備菜餚，且邀請貴賓品嘗乳頭肉是傳統習俗。
