國票金併京城銀 公股要求重估綜效

國票金控（2889）擬併購京城銀行（2809），國票金公股法人股東一致要求重新估算合併綜效，再行討論合併案。主因京城銀經營策略與一般銀行差異較大，資產、獲利均高度集中在債券操作上，公股行庫股東認為有風險疑慮，因此要求國票金應再行評估與京城銀行合併後綜效。

國票金擬併京城銀去年就開始相關作業，中間一度中輟，兩大民股股東意見不合是關鍵，今年初傳出重新啟動併購談判，3月初董事會將討論合併案，但最終仍延宕，原因就在兩派股東共識未成，公股股東要求重新評估綜效等。
