關於小車禍 到底該不該報警處理

車禍當下 對方闖黃燈，我是直行那時快綠燈 就先騎，對方是重右邊那條直行

對撞後 雙方摔車 有下車詢問對方是否有怎樣 也有幫忙檢地上他掉的東西

自己機車 (新的)有輕微刮傷 想說沒關西 自己也有受傷 手流點血 腳破皮 後面接近屁股地方也有受傷 有點腫起來 走路和壓到時會痛

對方 看起來是沒怎樣 但是機車(舊的)有斷一根鏡子

也有詢問對方 後來對方說沒關西 就和他道歉後 沒報警離開了

請問 我只有輕型駕照 騎的是110CC機車

應不應該 報警處理呢?

因為後背有腫起來和走路壓到都會痛...
