台巴生變？ 外交部：如無重大事故應不會

外傳我國與巴拿馬邦交近來有生變之虞。外交部次長柯森耀上午指出，現階段「與台灣維持外交關係，與中國大陸加強經貿關係」最符合巴拿馬國家利益，若沒有重大事故發生，台巴關係應不至於有太大改變。

柯森耀上午赴立法院外交與國防委員會報告指出，台巴建交100年，邦誼一向穩固，但1990年代中國大陸經濟快速成長後，巴國內部開始出現與中國大陸建立關係的聲浪。他說，我國推動與巴拿馬關係的兩項挑戰：中國大陸與巴拿馬經貿關係密切；旅巴大陸新僑增加，僑社態度逐漸傾「中」。

柯森耀說，未來會繼續加強與巴國多元合作關係，包括加強高層與民代互訪、在援外原則下持續協助巴國、持續提供獎學金讓巴國優秀學生來台就學。
