成績未達標準 高考錄取下修

（中央社記者蘇龍麒台北18日電）民國103年公務人員高等考試三級考試暨普通考試明天放榜，高考三級因考生未達錄取標準等原因，錄取率下修為8.21%，但仍是近6年來新高。

考選部日前公布今年高普考用人機關原提報需用名額3541人，其中高考三級2470人、普通考試1071人，但經用人機關第二次查缺後，日前增列869人，其中高考三級641人、普通考試228人，上週再度增列高考三級666人、普考1130人，總需要名額到達6206人，包括高考三級3777人、普通考試2429人，比去年的6318人略低。

原先預定高考三級的錄取率來到9.34%、普考錄取率來到5.43%，都是20年以來的新高，但經過考選部計算後發現，有多個類科全程到考人數少於錄取人數，還有部分類科考生總成績未達50分的標準，或核心科目未達標準，因此高考三級錄取人數大減457人，普考則因同分錄取，多錄取22人，錄取率微幅上升到5.53%。

這次考試報考人數總計11萬9959人（高考三級考試5萬9096人、普通考試6萬863人），報考人數較去年大減約2.6萬人，全程到考8萬4763人（高考三級考試4萬427人、普通考試4萬4336人），全程到考率70.66%（高考三級考試68.41%、普通考試72.85%）。

高普考經統計後，總計錄取5771人 （高考三級考試3320人、普通考試2451人），平均錄取率為6.81%（高考三級考試8.21%、普通考試5.53%）。

至於這457個缺額要如何處理，考選部官員指出，部分名額可轉入年底的地方特考，或是以其他方式補足。1030918
