製餿水油 郭烈成埃罰4800萬

（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣18日電）郭烈成以餿水油賣給強冠公司提煉食用油，屏東縣衛生局今天開出新台幣4800萬元罰單，處分書中午已送看守所轉交郭烈成。

屏東縣衛生局表示，原本衛生局查到的郭烈成廚餘油以及回鍋廢食用油等只有20噸，以每1公斤市價20元計算，衛生局算出的郭烈成罰款是400萬元。

衛生局表示，後來得知衛生福利部從強冠公司查到強冠從郭烈成處買到的餿水油有240噸，衛生局採最高罰則10倍，共罰郭4800萬元。

衛生局說，如果郭沒有自行繳罰款，衛生局會查郭的財產，由法務部行政執行署強制執行；不過，基於一罪不二罰，最後還是要看郭烈成的刑事判決定讞後，法院裁定的罰款金額。

總之，檢舉人的獎金就看衛生局最後能收到多少郭的罰款，以罰款的1成發獎金。

縣府表示，追繳時限為10年，但會先另發給檢舉老農一開始衛生局算出的40萬元檢舉獎金，獎勵老農。
