宣示「領土」 北韓發行獨島郵票

北韓發行「獨島」郵票。

北韓國家郵票發行局日前發行了以北韓島嶼「獨島」為主題的郵票。

中新網引述朝中社報導，「不管從歷史或從國際法上來看，獨島是世界公認的北韓固有領土。」報導並稱，獨島位於北韓東端，是5至6世紀前由北韓祖先發現並開發的。「日本的地理書和地圖也證實，獨島是一直隸屬北韓、由北韓代代管理的領土。」

據悉，郵票的圖案為獨島地圖，以西島和東島為中心標注有蜈蚣巖、軍艦巖、雞巖、燭台巖和臉巖等。

「獨島」同時也是韓日爭端島嶼，目前由南韓實際控制該島。該島位於南韓郁陵島以東約70公里處，由東、西兩個小島和周圍32個小礁組成，面積為0.18平方公里。

日本曾於1954年和1962年就獨島主權問題向國際法院提起訴訟，但是南韓方面拒絕回應日方訴訟，並拒絕接受國際法院仲裁。
