輕颱「鳳凰」襲菲　51萬人受災

受輕度颱風「鳳凰」和西南季風共同影響，菲律賓多個省市19日持續暴雨引發洪災，目前已知當地已至少有5人死亡，51萬人受災。 　　

菲律賓國家減災委員會最新發佈的災情通報顯示，截至19日晚10時，持續降雨引發菲國首都馬尼拉及伊羅戈斯、卡拉巴松、民馬羅巴等地區十多個省市出現大規模洪災，受災民眾已達51萬人，有8.3萬人緊急疏散到避難場所。 　　

官方確定的遇難者包括：1名溺水的兩歲兒童、1名被風雨颳倒樹木砸死的嬰兒、1名頭部被砸死亡的69歲婦女，以及1名遭泥石掩埋遇難的31歲男，當地媒體最新報導則稱，菲國知名高校聖托馬斯大學的1名大學生當天在校門口附近觸電身亡，另有1名同行的大學生觸電重傷。 　　

馬尼拉電力公司透露，19日馬尼拉等受災地區共有超過20萬家庭斷電，電力公司表示會在洪水消退後第一時間恢復供電。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
