工程師轉身20秒　遭竊1萬9千元

新竹市1名竹科工程師，到新竹市區的花旗銀行辦理匯款，但在填寫資料，太認真，忘了帶走皮包，放在寫字檯，結果1名宵小趁機抽走皮包內一疊現金，工程師轉頭找到皮夾，匯款時才驚覺現金遭竊19000元，趕緊報警處理。

警方調閱銀行監視器發現，一名男子趁被害人疏忽之際，偷走一疊現金，還假裝無事留在銀行辦自已的事，整個過程僅20秒而已。警方根據監視器，以車追人，並傳喚車主彭男到案說明，彭男坦承犯行，表示一時貪心，願還回1萬9千元，訊後依竊盜罪嫌函送彭男。（陳駱宜宏／新竹報導）
