今年PCB產值明顯回升，TPCA(台灣電路板協會)上修今年兩岸台商PCB產業，預估年產值上升至5490億元，年增5.13%；大展投顧策略長李政諺表示，PCB產業好轉，預估將為類股族群帶來比價效應，低股價淨值的金像電(2368)、瀚宇博(5469)投資價值浮現；金像電盤中上揚逾2%、瀚宇博1%。

PCB產業自第二季即開始大幅成長，單季產值1362億元，季增9.4%，預估第三季再度向上成長至1475億元，季增8.3%，季度產值來到近3年波段高，原先預估機年產值年增2.99%，則上調至5.13%，PCB產業今年將是不錯的豐收年。

金像電目前股價淨值比為1、瀚宇博為0.54，李政諺表示，今年2家公司營運均可望落底回升，終結連年的營運谷底期，其中，金像電跨入網通與伺服器板後，獲利與毛利率明顯上揚，營運轉機將延續至下半年。
