Google洩案底 日男提告遭駁回

在網路搜尋引擎「谷歌」中輸入自己名字，就會顯示曾經被逮捕的報導，日本京都市一名40多歲的男子日前控告谷歌日本公司，要求停止顯示該搜索結果，並賠償精神損失費等約1100萬日元（約台幣幣300萬元），遭京都地方法院駁回。

共同社報導，這名男子還曾以同樣理由控告雅虎日本公司，8月被京都地方法院駁回，現已向大阪高等法院提出上訴。

根據起訴書記載，該男子2012年12月因涉嫌偷拍被捕，2013年4月被判有期徒刑並緩刑。男子主張用谷歌搜索自己名字時，會顯示轉載了被捕報導的網頁位址及報導部分內容。他說，「我只是輕微犯罪，持續顯示搜索結果是損害名譽。若被人知道被捕經歷將無法就業。」

谷歌日本公司則說「網頁由美國公司管理，日本公司無權干涉顯示結果」。
