《國際產業》微軟第二波裁員，傳18日啟動

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】美國科技網站ZDNet報導，消息人士透露，微軟將持續推進今年7月公布的1.8萬人大規模裁員計畫，第二波裁員行動將於9月18日啟動。

微軟7月宣布將裁員1萬8000人以精簡全球人力，其中1萬2500人鎖定微軟收購諾基亞手機與服務事業所吸收的員工。微軟高層並表示，裁員將分成數個回合進行。

ZDNet周二報導，微軟在7月啟動的第一波裁員行動共裁減1萬3000名員工，其中部分是前諾基亞手機與服務部門的員工，並非全部。事實上，此次裁員行動幾乎涵蓋所有事業體，包括微軟的作業系統集團。

報導亦指出，微軟本周啟動的第二波裁員規模尚不得而知，據說微軟本周四（18日）將對內公布，而影響範圍可能遍及整個集團所有事業體。

消息人士透露，為了貫徹裁員1.8萬人的計畫，未來微軟還會做出更多裁員動作。微軟執行長納德拉在7月時表示，裁減1.8萬人的行動，絕大多數會發生在未來六個月時間內。

微軟發言人不願此消息發表評論。
