少女和男友貪玩晚歸　擔心被罵找友人演戲謊稱遭輪暴

一名年僅17歲的少女，日前和朋友在外遊玩，直至深夜仍未返家，但擔心遭家人責罵，於是向愛慕她的男同學求救，聯手撒謊向少女家人誆稱，返家途中遭幾名陌生人輪流性侵，家人連忙帶她驗傷報警。不料警方發現有異，追問之下才得知是騙局，警方依誣告將2人移送少年法庭。

根據檢警調查，該名家住新北市的17歲少女，13日晚間和朋友外出遊玩，但直至深夜時刻仍未返家，疑似擔心遭到父母責罵，竟然找了愛慕她的同齡男同學編出一場騙局。

男同學向少女的母親表示，當時陪同她返家途中行經附近公園，突然遭到幾名壯漢圍住，少女遭推倒並且輪流性侵。事後少女父母得知後大受驚嚇，連忙將她帶去驗傷並同步報警。

不料2人真的見到警察前來，才知道事情嚴重，根據《蘋果日報》報導，少女才坦承自己當晚和男友一同出遊，卻玩得太晚忘記時間，擔心恐遭挨罵，才會在情急之下聯絡對方，編出少女遭性侵的說法。警方聽後依謊報誣告罪嫌將2人函送少年法庭。
