違規選舉廣告物 雲林縣拆除

（中央社記者葉子綱雲林縣14日電）地方公職人員選舉腳步近，街道上四處可見選舉廣告物，雲林縣環保局今天表示，未在允許時期懸掛，會強制拆除。

地方公職人員選舉將於10月27日候選人號次抽籤、11月29日投開票，雲林縣環保局表示，依照「公職人員選舉罷免法」，在11月19日至28日始可懸掛競選旗幟，在此期間之外，將強制拆除所有選舉廣告物。

雲林環保局指出，近來選舉廣告物四處可見，部分旗幟甚至造成民眾及行車意外，為維護大眾安全，將針對電線桿、分隔島、機關、學校等公共環境，依據「廢棄物清理法」強制拆除。

雲林環保局表示，依據道路交通管理處罰條例，未經許可在道路設置廣告物或其他類似物，經勸導行為人不即時清除或行為人不在場，視同廢棄物，也以廢清法清除。1030914
