高雄氣爆　國軍投入1307名官兵搜救

高雄昨晚發生重大氣爆事件，造成凱旋路沿線道路嚴重塌陷，難以數計的消防車、自小客也都陷入坍陷道路內，災情相當慘重，加上二聖路與凱旋路口不斷冒出瓦斯餘氣，大火持續燃燒，國軍在凌晨2點多，緊急調派1307名官兵徹夜投入搜救行列。
 
現場搜救陸戰隊中將指揮官潘進隆表示，凌晨接獲通知，在半個小時內緊急調派陸戰隊6個單位766名官兵，以及陸軍、憲兵共6個單位541名官兵，合計1307人，另出動各型機具共53輛，全力投入搜救，潘進龍表示，氣爆現場從三多路與高速公路，沿著凱旋路到英明里，全長將近4公里，經過第一次搜尋並未發現有民眾受困，將配合消防局進行第二次搜索。
 
潘進龍強調，目前首要任務就是人員的搜救與緊急後送，接下來是罹難者的挖掘，與附近危險場所的撤離，國軍將盡全力執行搜救任務。（王煌忠／高雄報導）
