扇形車庫入畫 彰化車站展出

昨天彰化火車站第二月台成為展覽空間，46幅關於扇形車庫的攝影及繪畫作品公開展示，其中有多幅畫作展現小朋友心目中的扇形車庫，大多是爸媽帶小孩參觀、拍照、散步的樣貌，看來悠閒愜意。

彰化站長邵宏松說，過去少有機會善用月台空間，但人來人往的火車站很適合讓彰化特有商品和文化在這裡曝光，為慶祝127周年鐵路節，希望更多旅客看到老扇形車庫的樣貌，6月8日起彰化火車站還有蒸汽火車進場等多項動態表演。

最近網路臉書流傳一篇「這麼美的扇形車站，縣府要拆你能接受嗎？」的文章，引起不少人分享，文化局長田飛鵬澄清，扇形車庫在2000年指定為縣定古蹟並修護完成，未來功能也許會調整，但不可能拆除。

半線鐵道文史工作室總幹事馬昌宏說，扇形車庫主要功能是火車頭休息、保養與維修之用，鐵路高架化雖然可減少平交道、增加土地利用，但鐵道迷憂心高架化後的扇形車庫沒了動態功能，降低吸引力。
