法院裁定 聖保羅地鐵罷工非法

巴西法院8日裁定，商業大城聖保羅地下鐵員工最近的罷工行動非法。
這場罷工不但影響了當地居民的通勤，也使得將在12日開踢的巴西世界盃足球賽交通運輸蒙上陰影。
對於這項判決，聖保羅地鐵工會發言人馬西里歐(Thiago Marcelino Pereira)譴責法院濫權，並表示，工會將在8日晚上集會，表決是否繼續罷工。
在要求加薪16.5%的談判破裂後，聖保羅地鐵員工從5日展開無限期罷工，每天受影響人次達450萬。雖然工會將加薪幅度減到12.2%，但資方只願意調漲8.7%。
