工商協進會準理事長林伯豐 批政府失信

工商協進會下屆準理事長林伯豐昨（8）日表示，股利扣抵減半的稅改方案已三讀通過，但政府「沒有信用」，並未同步將保留盈餘加徵10%的稅率方案降為加徵5%，他將在明天的「工商早餐會」中提出異議。

工商協進會原準備向行政院長江宜樺反映稅改議題，但今年「工商早餐會」受立法院太陽花事件影響，從4月延宕到6月，錯失反映良機，財政健全方案已在立法院三讀通過。

林伯豐表示，企業發薪水都要勞資協商，政府向企業界增稅卻完全不協商，政府將股利扣抵減半，保留盈餘加徵10%卻沒有動，這是「半調子的稅改」，完全沒有誠信。他強調，同一個執政團隊不應該政策反覆，失信於民。
