出租套房竄火　屋主見濃煙倉皇驚逃

新北市新莊1處5層樓公寓頂樓，今天上午9時許突然傳出火警，濃煙不斷自民宅竄出，消防局獲報派遣大批人車前往灌救，所幸屋內民眾都已及時逃出，並無人員傷亡，火勢在半小時內撲滅。

「夭壽喔，一輩子沒遇過這麼大的火警，驚死人了」70多歲的屋主連姓婦人心有餘悸的表示，起火的房屋是位於頂樓的出租套房，5間套房中有3間出租，今天上午突然冒出濃煙，其他房客聞到煙味立即逃出。她聽到鄰居告知房子起火，立即前往查看，才剛打開大門就見到一大股濃煙竄出，嚇得立即逃下樓等待警消灌救。

警消到場灌救後，發現起火點位於屋內的客廳，燃燒面積6坪，起火原因仍待火調人員前來釐清。（黃子騰／新北報導）
