「用過就丟太無情」　一夜情後女告男性侵

花蓮有女子與男子上床後被甩，心生不滿控告男方性侵。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，花蓮有名女子與台東指揮部陳姓士兵，透過APP交友後發生一夜情，但隔天女子被丟包在火車站，女子不滿男方「用後就丟」太無情，便控告男子性侵。檢方起訴後，法院認為女子是為了「被丟包」報復所以判決男子無罪。
