蘇亞雷斯開刀 世足參賽仍有望

（法新社烏拉圭首都蒙狄維歐23日電） 利物浦球星蘇亞雷斯（Luis Suarez）昨天進行膝蓋手術，不過在烏拉圭足協表示，仍不排除讓他參加世界盃足球賽之後，蘇亞雷斯保持樂觀態度。

蘇亞雷斯傳給記者的電子郵件指出：「我的手術很成功，我準備要跑步了。」

烏拉圭媒體昨天表示，蘇亞雷斯21日集訓傷到膝蓋，讓國家隊承受巨大恐慌。效力英格蘭超級足球聯賽利物浦（Liverpool）的蘇亞雷斯，是英超2013-14球季年度最佳球員，優異的射門功夫協助利物浦在聯賽排名第2，僅次於曼城（Manchester City）。
