捷運公司延誤報警　致命2分鐘

搭上521捷運死亡列車的倖存乘客，怒揭他們遇險求助無門的驚悚過程，從鄭捷開始砍人，至警員趕抵江子翠站的10分鐘，完全沒有北捷人員、警察協助乘客，列車到站後乘客奔逃到對向列車躲藏，又驚覺門竟不關起來，認為北捷、警方嚴重疏失。但北捷昨強調，一切皆依SOP（Standard Operating Procedure，標準作業程序）處理。

據北捷資料顯示，當天下午4時25分4秒，第6節車廂乘客按下緊急對講機。北捷站務處長楊秦恆昨說，當時多個對講機輪番傳出聲響，均無人回應，之後發現第6節車廂乘客奔跑、第1節車廂空無一人、另節車廂尾端擠滿人，隨即通知行控中心，後又聽到乘客大喊「拿刀」、「刺傷」，二度通報行控中心，從首波乘客求助到行控中心向捷運警報案，共花1分53秒。（突發、生活中心╱台北報導）
