真的很歐好不容易前天在y購搶到一隻Zenfone 6昨天傍晚到貨今天才開箱把玩看到後鏡頭有一顆非常明顯的灰塵（一開始還以為是鏡頭外摸了好幾次弄不掉）...... 只好寫信問y購客服能不能換貨馬上回覆我問華碩客服端去電又被踢回來,我又進線y購才搞懂我想換貨（很難搶）但y購給的建議方式是送華碩維修（才拿到手機就有維修記錄）華碩客服方說還在鑒賞期,應該由y購聯絡通路商是否能換貨 y購說沒有換貨機制只能退貨在買結論我人品不好（小米2S 紅米小米3買N隻都沒事,華碩就......中） http://i.imgur.com/AeligWh.jpg
