F-TPK宸鴻（3673）昨（29）日股價受到旗下轉投資達鴻先進科技大舉減資四成，使得整體財務結構有機會轉佳，激勵市場買盤大舉挺進，拉動股價開平走高，盤中甚至一度亮燈漲停，終場則大漲14元，以238元收市，漲幅6.25%。

F-TPK轉投資以觸控面板產品為主的達鴻先進科技，因觸控筆電市場未如預期，使得營運表現不佳。該公司宣布大舉減資42.49%，引動市場對於財務結構改善的期待，因而吸引買盤大舉進駐。

連結F-TPK的DQ凱基（070174）目前是價外0.83%的認購權證。DQ凱基由於槓桿倍數有4.7倍，帶動權證價格大漲34.5%。DQ凱基目前並無不利的交易條件，適合短線投資人進場布局。
