男按摩師「調整尾椎」　女客處女膜撕裂傷

一名女子日前按摩店推拿，男按摩師幫她服務「調整尾椎」，不料對方竟然以手指伸入肛門和陰道，女子氣得到醫院驗傷並報警提告；法院審理之後，認為一般男按摩師，在幫女顧客按摩時，如果碰到要「調整尾椎」大多會避嫌而拒絕，因此認定男按摩師違反職業紀律，顯然是滿足一己之私慾，判他3年4個月徒刑。

女顧客指控，她在2012年11月時，前往台中市一間按摩店去按摩，當時是由一位李姓男按摩師服務。根據《自由時報》報導，不料對方卻以「調整尾椎」為由，將手指伸入她的肛門，還乘機撫摸外陰部，之後還將手指插入陰道內，讓她感到驚嚇且疼痛不已。女子事後到醫院驗傷，處女膜有2處撕裂傷，怒告李男性侵。

法院審理後一審判處3年4個月徒刑，李男不服提上訴，他稱說當時幫女子進行「調整尾椎」，治療過程得將手指伸入肛門內，且經過對方同意；但台中高分院法官認為，所謂的「調整尾椎」並非按摩店的營業範圍，加上如幫女客服務，一般男按摩師都會避嫌而拒絕；李男未尊重職業紀律，加上未詳盡說明整個執行過程，因此駁回上訴維持原判。
