最高檢召開檢警高層會議 嚴查不法

近來群眾運動引發治安疑慮，最高檢察署代理檢察總長林偕得下午召開檢警高層會議提出因應對策，對蓄意破壞法治、危害治安的暴力行為，檢警將嚴正執法，檢方並會嚴予追訴不寬貸。

今天會議的結論如下：

一、各相關司法警察機關嚴密蒐集預警情資、防制違法脫序群眾運動；對於少部分脫序行為的首謀、累犯，全程查察，一有違法行為的具體事證，即時逮捕，移送偵辦。對於情節嚴重，符合強制處分條件者，檢察官予以適當之強制處分。

二、查察暴力時，應循正當法律程序，務求程序合法且實質正當，注意執法態度，保障合法、取締違法。

三、對於蓄意破壞法治、危害治安的暴力行為，檢警雙方均應嚴正執法，檢方並將嚴予追訴，絕不寬貸。

今天參加會議的首長還有臺灣高等法院檢察署代理檢察長郭文東、內政部警政署長王卓鈞、刑事警察局長林德華及臺北市政府警察局副局長周壽松。
