兩岸國際: IMF：俄國已陷經濟衰退

法新社報導，國際貨幣基金（IMF）30日說，俄國目前已陷經濟衰退，且該組織以烏克蘭危機影響投資為由，把俄國2014年的經濟成長展望，從4月8日預估的1.3%下修為0.2%。

IMF經濟學家史畢林柏格說，如果以連續兩季經濟負成長來定義衰退，俄國目前就陷入衰退中。
