李政穎為了華視、TVBS《A咖的路》上健身房秀肌肉，對戲的吳慷仁應媒體要求，脫掉他的上衣，露出他的6塊肌，吳慷仁誇他身材好，還目測說：「政穎應該有42F，是波霸。」

李政穎從10多歲就持續運動，他沒上健身房，而是在家運動，有空就會去騎腳踏車、吊單槓。吃的方面也養生，天天喝媽媽打的綜合蔬果汁，吃糙米多過白米。（陳幼英/台北報導）
