傳瓦斯桶照片給妻　莽夫恐嚇罪起訴

桃園縣1名46歲張姓男子去年7月和妻子爭吵後，張妻氣憤搬回娘家住，張男心生不滿，以LINE傳了1張瓦斯桶的照片給妻子，張妻於是提告後。張男供稱只是想嚇嚇她，希望她趕快回家，可是桃園地檢署偵辦後認為，既然要嚇她，只要去廚房拍瓦斯桶的照片就可以了，張男傳的瓦斯桶照片場景卻是在客應，違背常理，因此依恐嚇罪嫌將張男提起公訴。（張沛森／桃園報導）
