代理檢總察長人選 林偕機會最高

法務部昨天轉呈檢察總長黃世銘辭職公文至總統府，同時建議代理檢總察長人選，由總統馬英九批核後任命。若依慣例由最高檢察署最資深的主任檢察官代理總長，林偕被指派的機會最高。

目前最高檢察署三名主任檢察官以林偕得最資深，之後示朱楠及顏大和，因顏大和甫獲提名總長，法務部為免他代理總長期間生波而影響審查作業，應該會建請總統指派林偕得。

二○一○年一月，前檢察總長陳聰明被監察院彈劾下台，即由最高檢最資深的主任檢察官曾勇夫代理總長。黃世銘的四年總長任期至四月十八日，代理總長任期將不到一個月。
