證基會新出版《企業內控專書》

去（102）年國內陸續爆發食品安全問題，其中不乏已在證券集中交易市場掛牌之上市、上櫃公司，讓企業的內控問題浮現。有鑑於此，證基會邀請證期局組長張振山編纂《企業內部控制導論與應用》乙書，內容涵蓋美國COSO委員會於2013年5月發布的最新架構、以及我國導入IFRSs對內控的影響等新興議題。證基會表示，依內部控制制度三大目標之一「相關法令之遵循」，係在指出公司在設計其內部控制制度時，應就產業所涉及政府相關法規，於相關營運循環中訂定相關之控制作業並落實執行，內部稽核應依風險評估結果納入稽核項目加強查核。

本書內容包括美、英等國內部控制的沿革與發展，對於國內法規與制度設計亦有精闢說明，最大特色是將國際財務報導準則與內部控制連結，專章介紹導入國際財務報導準則對於內部控制的影響。本書訂價新臺幣360元，可至證基會網路書店（eduweb.sfi.org.tw/books/）訂購。
