警力強勢執法下，憲政史上最大占領行政機關的衝突9.5小時落幕！清大研究生魏揚被控是指揮群眾攻占行政院的首謀，北檢昨複訊後，認為魏揚涉犯煽惑他人犯罪等五罪，且有勾串共犯或證人之虞，聲請羈押。但法官認為無具體事證指魏揚是首謀，裁定無保請回。

不過，魏揚仍是學運史上遭聲押第一人，獲知裁定後，魏揚和母、妹相擁而泣，否認是首謀。

台北地院隨後由審理黃世銘洩密案的審判長彭慶文，與值班法官朱家毅、陪席法官張少威共組合議庭。魏揚由律師顧立雄、尤伯祥及朱芳君為其辯護，律師主張魏揚臨時到場幫忙、絕非首謀。～中國時報2014年 3月25日頭版頭條
