「史上最貴停車費」 南京人叫苦

南京調整停車費，核心區幹道每小時最高人民幣20元（約台幣96元），很多車主直喊太貴，恐寧願違停、違禁被罰，也不願繳高額停車費。

現代快報報導，根據南京新政，在新街口、湖南路、鼓樓或夫子廟停車超過5小時，費用要100元（約台幣480元），停滿24小時就要244元（約台幣1173元）。網友稱這是南京「史上最貴停車費」。

市民陳先生表示，違停罰款50元人民幣，貼了黃單子也就100元、記3分，可停車5個小時就100元，「哪個更划算？大家心裡清楚」。

不過，交管部門明確表示，此次停車費新政雖是「史上最貴」，但處罰標準也更嚴格，而且發現違停將一律拖吊。

南京市公安局副局長周寧曾在政策發布後表示，已對南京全市512條主次幹道，包括部分支路街巷，都畫上許多標誌標線標牌。如果違反標誌標線的叫「違禁停車」，一律罰款100元記3分；沒有標誌標牌，還沒有畫線的，屬於違停罰款50元。

據報導，有市民提出疑問，「如果違禁而司機不在場的，扣分記在誰頭上？萬一車子是被朋友借走的呢？」
