這部可能就是 Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini

Samsung 一向都有為旗艦手機推出 Mini 版的習慣，像是上一代的旗艦級 Galaxy S4 就有 S4 Mini 這位弟弟，所以新一代的 Galaxy S5 會有 Mini 版並不足為其，而 SamMobile 最近更刊登了幾張可能是 Galaxy S5 Mini 的照片。根據照片指出，這部 Mini 很大版有著完全一樣的設計，所以本來不喜歡大版設計的人也不會喜歡 Mini 版。

在規格上，圖片顯示它沒有因為縮小而減少焦點硬體，指紋掃瞄器和心跳偵察器依然存在。另外，單從沒有對比物的照片是不能看出它就是 Mini，不過細心的話，會留意到它背蓋下的內部構造（繼續閱讀）是跟大版不一樣。另外雖然防水的黑色膠邊得以保留，不過它的 micro-USB 埠並沒有保護蓋，所以我們不肯定它有沒有大版的 IP67 防塵防水規格。

最後，傳聞它的重點規格包括 4.5 吋的 720p Super AMOLED 螢幕、一個未發佈的 1.4GHz Exynos 3 Quad SoC 處理器、1.5GB RAM、支援 1080p 影片拍攝的 8MP 主相機和 2.1MP 前置鏡頭，只內置 16GB 儲存量，但可經 microSD 卡擴充。運行的是 Android 4.4.2 配合 Samsung 自家 UI。
